Introducing ICHRA Flex: The Virtual Debit Card Solution
One of the biggest barriers in traditional ICHRA plans is up-front premium payment. Many workers, especially in service industries, don’t have hundreds of dollars available for initial premium costs.
To solve this, we created ICHRA Flex, an employer-funded virtual debit card. Employees use the card to pay their monthly premiums directly, while employers handle the full payment and deduct the employee’s share through payroll.
