Would I recommend FinPro benefits to someone else? I can and I have. The savings are too good to pass up and the customer service has been there when I needed them. We haven’t offered benefits before—it was too expensive for our staff. When we got the quotes from the GOA Benefits Center (GBC) [administered by Decisely], our staff was on board. Our team is so appreciative to have access to benefits—especially in light of COVID-19. We dealt with three or four other brokers prior to choosing this program. The experience with the GBC was the best and easiest one we’ve dealt with. Any questions I had were answered immediately and professionally. I can’t think of anything I’d improve or change.
