As CEO of Decisely, Kevin is building a new standard in the benefits technology and brokerage insuretech space. Decisely is a partner to brokers as well as a trusted advisor and turnkey SaaS technology for small business in the US. Kevin joined Decisely from Mercer, where he created and implemented the strategy and marketing for Mercer Health & Benefits private exchange technology. Kevin has over twenty years of experience in e-commerce and online distribution. He has co-created two start-ups within Fortune 100 companies and built the award winning Delta.com.

Kevin also specializes in merger and acquisition strategies along with business development, negotiation and implementation of processes that have generated over $600 million in annual revenue for multiple Fortune 100 companies. He graduated with a B.B.A. in economics and an MBA from Georgia State University. Kevin also serves on the board of directors at Fiducius, a private equity backed firm based in Cleveland, Ohio.

Richard has over 25 years of experience developing software for employee benefits applications, and is a serial entrepreneur who co-founded and grew PlanSource, a SaaS employee benefits technology company focused on insurance exchanges and employee benefits administration. PlanSource is now used by over 10,000 brokers and over 3.5 million consumers. Prior to PlanSource Richard was a cofounder of Sylinq, an employee benefits technology sold to Ceridian.

At Decisely, he is responsible for product development and partner integrations.

Richard has BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from Weber State University.

Brad serves as the Chief Strategy & Financial Officer at Decisely. He previously served as Managing Director and President of Europe and Middle East for BCG BrightHouse. He joined BCG’s Atlanta office in 2001 and left in 2004 to help start (r)evolution partners, a growth and innovation strategy firm that was acquired by Prophet in 2012. Brad returned to BCG in 2016, after BCG’s acquisition of BrightHouse. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of BCG BrightHouse to help grow and scale the firm globally. In 2018, Brad moved to Berlin to start and build the BCG BrightHouse business in Europe and the Middle East. His worked principally focused on helping BCG’s global clients to improve their business performance and impact. He has deep experience in industrial goods, automotive, telecom, healthcare, public sector, insurance, financial services and consumer products.

Brad was born and raised outside Washington, DC. He earned an MBA with honors from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and a BS in Chemical Engineering with honors from Case Western Reserve University. Brad has served on the executive committee of the Product Development and Management Association board and has been awarded the American Marketing Association’s Marketer of the Year. He has been a coach of girls’ youth soccer and lacrosse for over 16 years. He was a speaker at the 2017 US Lacrosse national conference, where he gave a talk on coaching girls for competence to build confidence. Brad and his wife are the proud parents of three daughters who attend the University of Wisconsin, Marquette University, and Walton High School.

Ershla brings nearly 20 years experience to the Decisely team, most recently as Director of Client Engagement and Experience with Anthem, Inc. Ershla has extensive experience working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Implementation, Technology and Training, to ensure smooth operations and optimized efficiency. In addition to Anthem, Ershla also has worked at Humana and McCart Group in a variety of Operational and Leadership roles. Her goal is to deliver the best, most operationally efficient partnership experience possible.

Chris serves Decisely as the chief sales and growth officer, leading the firms’ efforts in developing and executing on Decisely’s sales and growth strategies. He is a member of the Senior Leadership team.

Chris is a seasoned senior executive with a deep understanding and perspective of the Employer sponsored Healthcare ecosystem serving as a Chief commercial officer for two global Healthcare consulting and brokerage organizations (Aon and Mercer) as well as chief growth officer for two care management / point solution providers (Accolade and Vault Health).

Chris has over two decades of P&L accountability delivering outstanding growth results within expense parameters. In his CCO roles Chris directed growth initiatives that exceeding expectations, he led M&A efforts including but not limited to, developing a build/ buy / partner framework, identifying and prioritizing acquisition targets, building a model to assess the intangible opportunities and risks, coordinating the structure with corporate development and negotiating the terms of successful deals. In addition to driving meaningful growth results, all of these efforts consistently resulted in gaining market share in an extremely competitive space.

Chris has broad healthcare experience with foundational experience in employer sponsored health and benefits plans including self-insured and fully insured Health plans, non-medical benefits, voluntary benefits and care / condition management solutions. He has led global sales and account management teams and has served on the Executive leadership teams for nearly twenty years. Chris earned his BA in Political Science from Ithaca College.
Chris lives with his wife and children in the greater Des Moines, IA area.

Fred brings over 20 years of experience leading sales, business development, operations, client success and strategic partnerships across the financial and insurance industries. As the Senior Vice President | Strategic Partnerships & Growth, he’s focused on building meaningful relationships, driving revenue, and helping teams do their best work.

Known for his servant leadership style, Fred is all about clear communication, strong collaboration, and finding smart ways to solve complex problems. He thrives in fast-paced environments and loves aligning people and ideas to spark innovation and long-term success.

Fred lives in Minnesota with his family, where life is full of outdoor adventures, board games, and pickup sports in the backyard. He’s a former professional saxophonist, competitive powerlifter and coaches’ youth basketball. An avid reader, Fred dives deep into growth and self-improvement books, probably too many, if you ask him. He’s also a big-time coffee lover and makes it a mission to discover the world’s best cup of coffee wherever his travels take him.

Linh Muir brings over 15 years of marketing leadership across healthcare, technology, and life sciences. Known for her strategic vision and creative execution, Linh has built and led high-performing teams, launched successful go-to-market strategies, and driven brand growth for organizations of all sizes.

With deep expertise in product marketing, campaign strategy, and stakeholder alignment, Linh is passionate about connecting data with storytelling to create meaningful, results-driven marketing. She’s a strong advocate for collaboration, innovation, and empowering teams to do their best work.

Over the years Gerald has developed a management style that he uses to build dynamic, high performing teams. With a strong foundation, he is able to be agile in his approach to each situation. With his development background, he has the ability to develop business process solutions that not only provide the most effective way to accomplish the task but also allowing to provide the best customer service as possible.

Gerald’s background has provided him with a wide range of skills that center around a basic principle – “Get Things Done”. Gerald is driven to solve problems and find the most efficient way to provide the best service possible. He has managed 100’s of projects from small inter-departmental projects to enterprise wide project with numerous stakeholders. He has a demonstrated history of bringing projects to a successful completion.

Marlena “Dezz” Mardigan is Decisely’s Vice President of People/Human Resources. Dezz is responsible for leading Decisely’s people in the human resources department, with a focus on developing and executing recruiting, talent acquisition and employee relations strategies that represent the organization’s culture and values. As a member of the leadership team, Dezz contributes directly to long and short-term strategic objectives of the organization while maximizing organizational effectiveness. She oversees HR programs and initiatives that enhance the employee experience and partners with leaders across the organization.

Dezz has over 20 years of human resources management experience with 11 years in leadership roles. Prior to joining Decisely, Awarded, Dezz worked as an ex-pat internationally in Australia mastering the Asian-Pacific markets. Dezz also held leadership positions in the executive search, consulting and staffing industries. She has extensive experience in project management evaluating and improving process and efficiencies through technology and creating superior recruiting and talent acquisition departments. She has successfully led high performing teams while providing a clear integration strategy for leadership.

Some of Dezz’ areas of expertise include: Leading enterprise-wide HR projects; influencing managers and driving organizational initiatives; cost benefit and compensation analysis; HR process improvement and procedure automation; advising on talent development and succession planning; standardizing HR policies and procedures; talent management and performance development; and high impact training and engagement programs.
Dezz holds a Life, Accident & Sickness license, CDR, DIR, ACIR, DDI, PAR and Victory certifications as Business Administration degree from University of West Virginia Institute of Technology.

Branson Proctor is a VP of Enterprise Sales at Decisely specializing in helping small businesses find the best health insurance solutions at competitive prices. Since joining Decisely in July 2017, he has worn many hats working in operations, marketing, management, and sales. A southeast Georgia native, he resides in metro Atlanta with his wife and two children. Graduating from the University of Georgia with a bachelors degree in Risk Management and Insurance, Branson brings over a decade of employee benefits knowledge and brokerage experience to the table. His expertise includes setting up and managing association based health plans and industry vertical health plans, and providing business owners with a turn-key benefits technology solution. This HR benefits solution includes offering businesses a technology platform for data, quotes, customer support, and other integrated HR tools. His goal is to help small businesses increase employee loyalty and maintain their financial health while efficiently managing insurance and benefits.
