Our web applications are regularly monitored for any potential security weaknesses or methods of unauthorized access. In doing so, we continue to remain ahead of any security problems so that your data is 100% secure.

Our data centers and storage have multiple layers of security to regulate who can access data. We protect against any and all unauthorized access with a variety of safeguards in place.

Physical safeguards include limited facility access and control, with authorized access in place.  Our data centers maintain several layers of security to control access. Security cameras monitor all locations 24/7 and onsite staff protect against unauthorized entry.

Technical safeguards allow only the authorized to access electronic protected health data. Access control includes unique user IDs, an emergency access procedure, automatic log off, encryption and decryption.

HIPAA compliant hosts must protect against unauthorized public access of protected health information. This concerns all methods of transmitting data, whether it is email, phone, Internet, etc. SSL/TLS certificates on our servers encrypt data to and from users in the application to keep data secure.
